I went to Frontier School of the Bible last week for their preview week. It was really good. There were not many students I knew as those who are seniors were freshman while I was in my last year. I was blessed however to see some good friends who were a year behind me and even some who graduated with me. All in all it was a time of encouragement and refreshment. I needed to get out of the county.
Additionally this is my first week out on my own. It's been amazing seeing God work in so many ways! The day I decided to move out, Starbucks told me I was getting a raise, enabling me to have only one job and lead a balanced life. What makes this even more incredable is that God was also leading me to increase my tithing. Recently He has been providing food for me too! This is huge to me as the quality of food, and food in general, is important to me (that's the major reason moving out was so hard). Scott, my brother-in-law and Tia and mother all said that we could fix a day or two every week to have dinner at their place! My mom also gave me much food for my place and continues to do so!
As my contentment has risen here, so have God's blessings, or perhaps just my observance of them. Two French people, a guy and girl, are moving to the county to do an internship at a church in the area which gives me a great opportunity to practice my French with some natives!
All of these things remind me of Exodus 16:29-30. Where God leads, He provides. It is incredably comforting not just knowing God is faithful and knowing He's working in my life but also to see it so vividly! Truely He is also faithful in supplying all of our needs "according too His riches in glory," which consequently are infinite. Seek God, follow God and praise God! Life is good in His mighty and loving hands!
