Additionally I have decided to cease all formal application to any mission agency. I will however remain in contact with Biblical Ministries Worldwide and Frontier Missions. I have come to the realization that God wants me here, now, and that I have been seeking to force my way onto the field. Moses and Paul spent time in the wilderness and Joseph spent time in slavery in Egypt by God's loving will, in order to prepare them for the ministry He called them to, in order to refine them for His work. So I too am being refined, I too am being prepared for the ministry God called me to from my mother's womb. In His perfect time I will go forth confidently and fully equiped to carry out my calling. Until then I will serve here, I will work, I will study in order to be a prepared as possible in terms of language, culture and grasp of the Word of God.
Hey Bro, I am glad to see you figured out your way. You know, sometime there are blurry eyes to see God's will. Take care.
ReplyDeleteHey Seth, I have come to the same conclusion. For some reason I think of youth ministry in the states as less than any other ministry, but its not. I am staying here until God calls elsewhere. I'm done trying to guess the future as well. Talk to you later. My number is 406-531-6812. Call me sometime.
